Hi Dear friends,
I have been using Palio 1.2 since 2003 & I’m very satisfied with car in terms of driving pleasure,safty & technology etc…I’m of the opinion that this car is much superior then any car in this segment because I have experience with other cars also & never come across any promblems till now(touch wood.
I planning to buy Palio Stile 1.6 shortly.

I’m getting only 10 Kms/per litre in 1.1 new palio style. I’m not a beginner of cars. I got experience of 8 years now. I used 800, Esteem Etc. Any suggestions to get milage ? it has run just 1900 kms now

I had a look at the Palio stile sport 1.6 and was thrilled. But further reading on it revealed that it has a city milage of 8.6km as against 11km of Swift Zxi. But a sexy looking solid car…very tempting.

i am a satisfied customer of FIAT PALIO. I own a PALIO for almost 5 years.
never came across any problems till now. it looks like it will go more and more years

i never calculate the fuel economy. as the ride quality and safety makes you forget about fuel economy

I have already booked my second palio. the new FIAT PALIO STILE 1.6

For more power hungry users, Stile 1.6 is best. Its mileage is very much comparable with Swift and Getz and is very powerful. I own a Palio 1.2 for last 3 years and am very happy about it. Looking for second car and probably it is going to be Stile 1.6. Regarding spare parts, being a current owner, I never faced any issue with 1.2 parts and they are pretty cheap.

As an example, compared to Maruti Wagon R the Stile is heavier but has less power. I personally feel it should have had more power, at least considering that it is heavier. As for the spare parts, the dealer I enquired with said it is easlily available (not sure about that). He said the spare parts are not that costly and he gave me this list about how costly the spare parts are when compared to other makes – in the order of costliest ot cheapest:

General Motors (Costliest)
Hyundai
FIAT
TATA
Maruti (Cheapest – as expected)

This is mainly said that the Stile 1.1 is very much under powered. Does that make it really pale compared to ZEN, Wagon R, Getz, Swift etc? Is it true that the spare parts are costly and not readily available with fiat cars?

What about the mileage? More specifically what are the mileage numbers on Palio Stile 1.6?
